Embracing Intuition and Flow
The Conscious Perspective: Could you live fully from your intuition?
Could you make all your choices and decisions based on your intuition?
I have taken a few courses on intuition because I wanted to learn how to trust and use my intuition. I decided to live as much as possible, guided by my intuition. This has led me to create a practice group with like-minded friends to use our intuition together. You would be amazed if you knew what was possible to pick up from others! It's great fun, and I recommend it.
In the past, I made all my decisions using my rational mind, but since I started to listen more to my intuition, I have experienced much more flow in life. Somehow, things constantly seem to fall into place at the perfect time.
I believe a Conscious Lifestyle is an embrace of intuition, and with the right tools, we can all embrace it even more. I believe you already have access to it and are using it quite a lot, but sometimes you ignore it. It is not a good idea to ignore it because it takes you out of flow. The reason is that you are unwilling to face the consequences, at least for now. That is why you overlook it. I get it, it's hard, but it comes with a huge cost, which shows up in your life as problems, setbacks, conflict, or a lack of inner alignment. Stress and burnout leave you completely drained and without energy.
I would like to challenge you to start noticing whenever you listen to and act on your intuition and whenever you don't.
Just notice it and observe what happens.
Warm regards,
Andrea
The Conscious Leader’s Tip of the Month:
A Different Life Philosophy
Have you ever noticed how you get impulses to do things? It happens when you let your mind rest and sink into your body. After a while, if you allow yourself to rest there long enough, you can feel an impulse. Acting on that impulse is to live from your intuition.
The unwritten script most of us live by has taught us to stop listening to our inner voice, which is causing emptiness and a feeling of disconnect.
In my blog post A Different Life Philosophy, I invite you to begin to reconnect.
